About Luke

I’m Luke McCord, a fee-only Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) and the founder of Greenway Financial Planning. I was born and raised in Atlanta and still live in the North Atlanta area with my wife and children.

I’m an Eagle Scout and a Georgia Tech graduate (Class of 2000). Those experiences shaped my values early — integrity, hard work, and service — and they continue to guide how I work with families today.

I’m a Christian, a husband, and a father. I bring those values into my practice every day.

I’m openly Christian, and my faith is an important part of who I am. I especially enjoy working with clients who share similar values. That said, the planning itself stays straightforward and practical — never preachy.

I take time to listen and understand what matters most to you and your family. Whether you’re building toward retirement, preparing for college, or simply wanting more peace around money, my role is to simplify the complex parts so you can focus on living with purpose.

Giving

I’m passionate about the community that raised me. Locally, I stay involved with North Atlanta churches and groups. I also support Jungle Kids for Christ, an organization helping children in Ecuador through education, nutrition, and hope.
